It is my pleasure to welcome you to Royal Britannia, a centre of excellence dedicated to children with special educational needs aged 3 to 6 years. Our school was established with a clear purpose, to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.
At RB, we believe that education extends far beyond the classroom. Over the years, our campus has evolved into a thoughtfully designed setting that caters to the unique needs of every learner. Each space and resource has been carefully chosen to create an environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive to the highest standard.
Our approach places strong emphasis on the prime areas of development, personal, social, and emotional growth, and communication and language, as these form the foundation for lifelong learning and independence. We also place equal importance on the specific areas of learning, ensuring children have opportunities to explore literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design. Together, these areas create a balanced, holistic curriculum that empowers children to become confident, independent, and capable members of society.
RB is, above all, a family-centred community. We value close partnerships with parents and carers, understanding that true progress happens when school and home work hand in hand. Together, we celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, and foster a culture where every achievement is valued and every child’s growth is celebrated.
Our ongoing mission is to serve the community by providing the highest standards of education, therapy, and care. We take great pride in preparing children not only for the next stage of their education but also for a future in which they can participate fully, independently, and with confidence.
I warmly invite you to explore our website and visit our campus to experience first-hand the supportive, inclusive, and inspiring environment that makes RB a truly special place for children and families.

Founded in 2016, Royal Britannia is a specialist early years setting dedicated to providing high-quality education and support for children with special educational needs aged 3 to 6 years.
Located in the west suburb of Al-Sideeq, Hawally Governorate, RB began as a single campus with a strong vision for inclusive early education. Over the years, it has expanded across different locations throughout Kuwait, growing into a network of purposefully designed branches that share the same commitment to excellence, care, and child development.
Each RB branch offers a structured and nurturing environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated team of educators and therapists work closely with families to ensure that every child receives the individual support they need to reach their full potential.
RB follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework within the British Curriculum, with SEN adaptations to ensure that every child has access to a personalised and inclusive education. Our approach prioritises the prime areas of development, personal, social and emotional growth, and communication and language, whilst recognising the equal importance of the specific areas of learning, ensuring that children make balanced and meaningful progress.
English is the principal language of instruction, and specialist SEN support is embedded across all learning. Arabic language development is also supported, allowing children to connect with the local culture and community.
RB is proud to be a member of the National Association for Special Educational Needs (NASEN) in the United Kingdom and is fully accredited by the Public Authority for Special Needs and Disabilities (PADA) in Kuwait, ensuring that our provision meets national and international standards of excellence.
Looking to the future, RB is preparing to expand further, with plans underway to open a new branch in Al-Salam and additional locations in the coming years. These developments reflect our continued commitment to serving the community and providing more children with access to early intervention, education, and therapy of the highest standard.
At RB, families will find a warm, collaborative, and professional environment where children are supported to become confident, independent, and functional members of society.
